I will offer self defense classes on a as requested basis in the Chester County and Delaware County area. I run both women's self defense class and mixed (men and women) classes as requested. Classes can be coordinated between me and a group to be held at a specific location: health club, church, recreation center, my school, etc.  I will keep this page updated with any upcoming classes being held or existing classes in progress.
